I have been trying to figure this out for a while, I had my daughter 4 years ago and have been struggling ever since to lose my belly fat. Well that was until I discovered something that I forgot worked for me before I had my daughter. And that was my friends, Jogging! Yes darlings! I have already lost an inch and a half off my belly by doing light jogging at the gym. This is my plan and try to incorporate it into yours too in order to see some results.
Belly fat weight loss plan:
1.First things first, Try to eliminate all processed foods! Try to eat only foods that grows and or has seeds in them at least 90% of the time if you have a problem with cutting out the processed foods. That includes junk foods, cakes, cookies, pies, frozen TV dinner foods found in the super market. If you do this, in a week you will see a change in weight loss almost immediately.
2. Take a mulit-vitamin! Even if you eat all the vegetables in the world, the pay they are grown in today’s world yield significant vitamin difficecy’s. So take a daily multi vitamin, because all the exercise in the world won’t make you lose weight if your body is deficient in vitamins and minerals that help get rid of toxins.
3. Drink lots of water! This is very important guys! If you don’t drink water your body won’t be able to do what it needs to do in order to make you lose the fat. So get on it. 2 cups in the morning, and continue through out the day until you reach 10 cups of water.
4. And now for the workout plan, light jog on a treadmills at 4 or 5 mph, for 20-30 minutes. If you can not jog that long, walk for 2 minutes, then jog for one. Follow and complete this pattern until your workout is complete. Also adopt an supper ab routine! this one is my favorite that delivers results, and you can find it here.
