Hair Loss From Stress

You Know, Last year this time, I was stressed so much by my job that it actually triggered a disease I didn’t even know I had. Uveitis, which is imfalimation of blood vessels in the eye. This disease (triggered by stress) actually caused me to go blind for 3 months. I was not completely blind, but I was blind enough to not be able to work or to even drive a car (at the time), that I was paying the note on. It was horrible. When I finally recovered a little from my blindness at least enough to be able to drive and to go back to work, I vowed to myself that I would never allow my self to get stressed to the point of going blind.

But now another issued has occurred from the stress of my job, Hair Loss. I always knew the the crown of my head was always ultra sensitive. It was always the thin area, always the first spot to break off from either not taking care of my hair or hormonal imbalances from my pregnancy, and always the spot to lose hair due to stress. And this time, I’m dealing with hair loss in that area from stress. I recently cu my hair short, which is something I usually do in the summer, and while the rest of my hair is growing as normal, the middle of my head, the crown, hair is broken off or a short fuzz. I know this is from stress because I take care of my hair. That’s why the rest of my hair is growing a a rapid and normal rate. So what can I do about the situation? Well, I can A. Ignore the problem and continue to live in denial. B. Try to treat the area with protein products. Or C. Get rid of the problem in my life that is causing the Stress.

Well, Because I care about myself, my health, and my family. I decided to go with option C. What is the problem in my life that is causing me to stress you might ask? My job. The ol American 9-5. I refuse to stress myself and cause my body to go through these changes over a job. Especially a job that has no benefit to me. But what about money? How are you going to survive you might ask? Me and God got that.

So if you are stressing over something and it’s causing you to get ill or even lose your hair, eliminate that stressful situation from your life.

Life is too short, and Stress kills.
