Top Two “Bad” Hair Weave Mistakes
We seen them, unbeweaveable hair, the “Oh no she didn’t” hair weave. Yeah you know, the ones with the tracks showing. And don’t forget the ones that have curly hair at the top and straight hair at the bottom. Well, the bottom line is that those weaves are JACKED UP! We have all been victims of jacked up weaves rather we did it ourselves or someone set us up. But you can fix this problem. Check out the top two Hair Weaving mistakes and how to avoid them in order to get perfect, seamless hair every time.
1. Bad Hair Weaving Foundation:
A frequent mistake people make to often is sewing on a hair weave with a horrible foundation. This means but not limited to, big bulky braids, or a bad braid pattern. The key to a seamless weave is to get your braids as flat as possible. This means, if the hair is thick, make smaller braids. I suggest braiding the hair straight back for the best results. This technique works every time especially for beginners and gets your hair weave a flat as possible.
2. Hair Weave and Hair Texture unmatched:
If you have curly or wavy hair, don’t used bone straight hair to sew in your tracks. Especially if you plan on leaving the top of your hair curly. Find hair that better matches your hair texture for optimal results. That is if you want your weave to look as natural as possible. But if you don’t go ahead and make this mistake.
So the moral to the story is if you don’t want a lumpy weave, don’t put bulky cornrows in your hair. And if you don’t want a noticeable weave, match the hair as close as possible to your own hair texture.
